Help with print part of if dissapears when i put on supports

Hello. I am using fusion 360 and cura eveything works great. I just learned how to make supports and i am using them on my drone frame that i am trying to print off. On cura after I add some supports part of the inside of the four dougnut shapes on all four coners of my model vanish and there is a shadow remaining of where the shell should still be. I attached an image of this. Hope somone can figure out why this is happening. Thanks.

... don't understand what you mean, maybe you can put arrows on the image to point out what to look for!

 

If you don't mind you could share the Cura Project-file with us, so we can see what your settings are!

Here is the file an the image has an arrow pointing to where it should be a solid doughnut shape not hallow air. thanks

I'll think you'll need to make the whole model "joined all together" before you export from "Fusion 360" to Cura.
