You could download file from Makerbot Thingiverse under Fidget Twister, and no, I don't have 'Remove all holes' enabled.

I don't have any problem slicing the thing so as AHoeben hinted, the problem is likely in your settings.
When you have the part loaded in Cura and ready for slicing use "File | Save Project" and post the 3mf file here. It's really hard to troubleshoot without a project file that contains all your settings as well as the model.

Pls include files as your files might not have the holes that are in the image.

I printed it and it went together pretty good. The post on the end cap was a bit tight.
Could you please add a screen shot from Cura of what you see? Do you see the holes?

@Zarkhowler There is a screenshot in my previous post. A hole in the tall piece that accepts the post of the end cap and a hole in the spinarama thing.

I meant if @unclebill's screen showed something different.

Type an ampersand and then start typing a persons screen name. A list will come up and when you see the one you want to call out - click on it. It will put a notification up and when they visit the site they should see it (if they check).

Hard to tell without a project file to check.
Do you perhaps have the "remove all holes" setting enabled?
