UM3 problem connecting to Digital Factory

I'm trying to connect my printer to digital factory and its shows that its connected but I cannot access it. I have another printer on my network that connects fine to digital factory, but this new one isn't. I've reset the printer, re-flashed the printer, it prints just fine on the network and can print it over wifi. When I go through the process of adding it to digital factory, it doesn't show the name that I provided for it through the wifi setup, says its offline, and if I leave the page, I cannot see it anymore. I print remotely for my work, and need a way to monitor it remotely.

    Hello,

That sounds really strange! We'd like to help you. In order to perform the debugging, would you mind providing us the log for your printer, so we can have a look what was going on?

Regarding how to get the log, you may refer to: https://support.ultimaker.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015583819-Save-log-files-to-USB

    Best regards, xli

I also have network connectivity issues where my printer will disconnect randomly. Once i restart it will find the connection again but lose it after a while.

    Hi @Kief,

Thank you very much for your feedback and the helpful log. The root cause has been identified by the team.

At this moment we suggest a factory reset for the printer to resolve this issue; the next firmware release may not come soon.

Please let us know if you have further question.

    Best regards, xli
