Hi guys, I have this error "Difference between detected height of both PrintCores exceeds realistic values", I have noticed that the print core 2 does not go up in the active leveling, and when I print or try to do some other maintenance thing, it does not go up automatically as it should, any solution?

Does the lift switch work?  On the right side of the head pull that little lever towards and push it away and the core should go up and down.  Does it?

If it does then you probably have to calibrate the lift switch.  There is an extremely simple procedure to do this in the menu system on the S5[edit: yes on the UM3 as well].  Under maintenance maybe.

This answer is also valid for the UM3 (as it's mentioned in the tags, I suppose the problem is with an UM3).

    For detailed instruction see:
