Hi,

I am trying to print a piece with PP (Polypropylene) with my printer Ultimaker S5, but the results are terrible.

The warping is considerable and sometimes the pieces cannot keep sticked to the bed for a long time,

even I am using a special glue for that (Magigoo).

These are the parameters which I am using:

Could you please tell me if I am doing something wrong? In the data sheet of the material, it appears this:

Thank you!

When I was printing with PP, I put packaging tape (PP based) on the entire print surface. The printed object fuse with the tape and give a good bonding.

When I print with PP, I set Adhesion on (Brim) and use a glue (Magigoo for PP) much. These can give a good bonding.
Recently I make small size grooves near bottom corners .
These grooves prevent parts from bending.
