I would like to print chocolate and unfortunately missed the UM meeting at Protospace. Is there a step by step video or something like that for the UM original?

Thanks in advance,

Carina

Thanks, I saw that item, but you haven't printed it yet. Maybe there is someone whow's been at Protospace and has done it. Or UM?

Molds for chocolate, good idea, thanks!

during the last ulti event there was one person that used the presented parts but instead of pulling with filament she pulled with strong wire through bicycle break tubing. She didn't want to reuse here boden tube. She printed a pully that fit in the large extruder wheel that pulled the wire. Nice bonus is you can let the extruder push like it used to do but instead it pulls. She presented printed cockies.

    Thanks a lot!

Can a mold of PLA safely be used for chocolate?

I would rather take something like XT for such a mold (temperature!). And to be really food safe, the mold would have to be printed with an all-metal hotend.
