printing with 0.25

after a long time i tried out the 0.25 nozzle, but it went all wrong.

the matrial came from above from the Olsen block and not from the nozzle. Now I can only change the nozzles if I heat it up a little.

In cura I change the setting for the nozzle to 0.25 and wallthickness to 0.5

I was trying with different materials (pla, abs,xt) from colorfabb nothing work.

1. Is there a way to get out the matrial from the Olsen block and the nozzle?

2. what for settings do I need for a successful printing ?

I didn't change any settings at all other than layer height when I first used the .25 nozzle. I think when you set nozzle size in cura it automagically sets first layer height n such to adjust for it.

It sounds to me like maybe you didn't tighten the nozzle when you put it on. (I made that mistake once.) Also, maybe increase temperature +5 degrees? it could be it was a tad too low before, but sufficient to still push out the larger diameter nozzle opening, but the smaller one wasn't.

If you are in expert/full settings view in Cura and you only change the nozzle diameter manually, your print will fail. But if you use the quickprint settings for 0.25mm for the UM2+ (lower speeds) everything should be fine.
