Hallo zusammen,

 

ich habe mir seit ein paar Tagen einen Ultimaker 3 extended zugelegt.

Das drucken mit dem PLA direkt von Ultimaker funktioniert einwandfrei.

Ich haben mir noch schwarzes PLA von RS Elektronik dazu bestellet, leider haftet das Filament nicht auf der Glasplatte beim drucken. ( Einstellungen zum Drucken Extruder: 225°C, Heizplatte: 60°C)

Es rutscht immer nur hinter der Noozle her und haftet nicht richtig fest. Bei der Platte habe ich mehrere Sachen ausporbiert um die Haftung zu gewährleisten:

1. Uhu schicht (wie von Ultimaker empfolen)

2. Glasplatte immer entfettet vor dem Druck

3. Oberfläche etwas angeraut damit es evtl. besser haftet.

 

Leider hat keiner der Versuche etwas bewirkt. Das einzige was etwas gebracht hat ist eine Schicht Kapton-Klebeband auf die Platte zu kleben.

 

Meine Frage ist, habt Ihr irgendwelche Erfahrungen mit anderem Material ( also nicht von Ultimaker direkt).

Oder gibt es irgendwelche Tricks die ich noch anwenden kann?

    Ich habe hier noch nicht quer gelesen, ich war bisher in einem anderen Forum aktiv.

     

    Ich finde deine Temperatur für PLA zu hoch es sollten 200°C reichen.

     

    Hier meine Erfahrungen.

    1. eventuell den Bettabstand noch etwas verringern,
    2. darauf achten dass keine Kühlung beim ersten Layer aktiv ist,
    3. Betttemperatur auf 65° stellen.

     

    sollte das alles nicht helfen, hier verschiedene Möglichkeiten:

     

    • Wasserlöslicher Holzleim  mit Wasser mischen 1:5 und dünn auftragen, trocknet beim Aufheizen ab.
    • PVA Filament in Wasser auflösen und auftragen.
    • 3D Lac aus der Sprühdose gibt es auf E-Bay und Amazon
    • es gibt verschiedene Dauerdruckplatten
    • oder eine 1,5mm starke Pertinaxplatte die fest mit 468MP einer doppelseitigen Klebefolie von 3M  auf das Glas aufgeklebt wird, die Druckseite wird dann noch mit 120 Schleifpapier angeraut, Vorteil es haftet fast alles darauf, Nachteil es gibt eine matte Unterseite am Bauteil.

    Glasplatte in die Spülmaschine wirkt Wunder.

    Aber nur für kurze Zeit, dann geht der Ärger wieder los. Alles rumgepansche mit Hausmittelchen (Holzleim,PVA) fand ich nur nervig.Das ist alles nur für einen Druck gut. 

    Ich habe mir mittlerweile eine Dauerdruckplatte (Ultrabase von Anycubic) gekauft und habe keine Probleme mehr.

    Der Abstand von der Platte zur Düse kann einen Hauch kleiner sein.

    Ich hab es mit dem PLA von RS auch schon probiert. Schmeiß es in die Tonne und verbuche es als Lehrgeld. Alles andere führt zu nichts.

    Das Material ist wirklich nicht zu gebrauchen. Und das ganze Leimanrühren etc. braucht es bei gescheitem PLA nicht. Das muss ohne alles auf der Glasplatte halten können.

     

    Dazu hab ich mir ne Builtak Dauerdruckplatte noch geholt und nie wieder Haftungsprobleme gehabt.

    Danke für die Antworten.

    Ich bin jetzt 2 Wochen abwesend und werde dann mal ein paar Sachen versuchen und wenn es nicht Hilft das Filament wie gesagt in die Tonne schmeißen.

    Falls es neuerungen gibt melde ich mich :D

        The UltiMaker S7 is built on the success of the UltiMaker S5 and its design decisions were heavily based on feedback from customers.
         
         
        So what’s new?
        The obvious change is the S7’s height. It now includes an integrated Air Manager. This filters the exhaust air of every print and also improves build temperature stability. To further enclose the build chamber the S7 only has one magnetically latched door.
         
        The build stack has also been completely redesigned. A PEI-coated flexible steel build plate makes a big difference to productivity. Not only do you not need tools to pop a printed part off. But we also don’t recommend using or adhesion structures for UltiMaker materials (except PC, because...it’s PC). Along with that, 4 pins and 25 magnets make it easy to replace the flex plate perfectly – even with one hand.
         
        The re-engineered print head has an inductive sensor which reduces noise when probing the build plate. This effectively makes it much harder to not achieve a perfect first layer, improving overall print success. We also reversed the front fan direction (fewer plastic hairs, less maintenance), made the print core door magnets stronger, and add a sensor that helps avoid flooding.
         

         
        The UltiMaker S7 also includes quality of life improvements:
        Reliable bed tilt compensation (no more thumbscrews) 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi A 1080p camera (mounted higher for a better view) Compatibility with 280+ Marketplace materials Compatibility with S5 project files (no reslicing needed) And a whole lot more
