Build platform vibration

We got a problem with printing a big cilindercal shape (100x100x300mm).

In the appendix some picture of the printing and end-result!

The build platform is vibrating a lot! About 4 to 5mm on the end of the build platform.

We don't have this problem before with other prints.

We are printing with PLA at 204 degrees.

If you want more information please let me know!

You can try to print slower and check if all speeds are slow enough. Normally infill is printed quite faster than everything else, which could cause vibrations on higher objects.

First of all print towards the edge of the printer that has the best support.

Secondly, print much slower as Smithy suggests.

Finally - look into ways to stabilize your print bed better.  Use google to see what other people have done.

    Thanks, for the different possibilities.

We have already treid to lowering speed and position our print close to the  lineair guides.

I have found a picture of stabilize build platfrom. We will try to make something for our build platform.

It's been a while. Wondering if the # of polygons has to do with it. I remember getting strange artifacts when printing arcs due to the 8-bit processor not being able to keep up.
