Cape of figure prints in three parts

Hello, I recently started printing some mini figures with my printer. I use CURA because of the tree supports, and the ease of taking them off. All was going well until I tried printing a piece with a floating cape. The cape is supported well with the tree supports, but prints in three different parts for some odd reason. Here are some of the pictures of the print. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem? I can share my print settings if needed.

I have a question about padding the thing you are going to print. if I have a cube of 10mm by 10mm. and I make it 100% full then it takes about 12 minutes. but if I do the same cube but then 5% it will take just as long. but when I print it it just stays 100%

Thanks for the response, but I did end up getting it to work. I added some infill to the trees, and slowed the print down.

Slowing down may have been the key.  I can almost convince myself that I'm seeing some layer shifting there in the right image but it appears to be only in the cape which is not possible.  You might want to check your belts though.  It can't hurt.
