I would first check the bed is leveled correctly,

you need to provide more info, what is your printer, nozzle size, temperatures, does it stick in some parts to the bed but not for the whole model ???

A picture could help a lot with diagnosis too

    Hi Max,

you're searching for the stone of wisdom, as the main problems in 3D-printing are:

    1. build plate adhesion while printing is insufficient
    2. build plate adhesion after printing is to strong

Any advice strongly depends from the build plate material and the printing material.

Best point to begin with is using the print bed temparature and adhesion method labeled on your filament.

On glassbeds, use glue stick or adhesion sheets.

And: it's a stony way of trial and error.

    Regards
