Hi all,

I need to print just one layer of this kind of fibrous network in 3d printer. (1st image)

I was trying to slice it using cura, but I cn't seem to find a setting where they talk about opened mesh.

is there any settings that you guys suggest in order to print something like this?

or do I need to change the mesh file to something else?

Thanks in advance!

It is rather hard to see what you want to do from these images, but perhaps you are interested in this plugin:

    https://github.com/Ghostkeeper/SVGToolpathReader

It does not yet seem to have a release for Cura 5, so you would have to use Cura 4.13 to use it.

I want to make a geometry that looks like the 3rd image with a single layer if this makes sense.

If that geometry is flat, then exporting it as an SVG and using the SVGToolpathReader plugin (in Cura 4.13) will go what you want.
