Why single layer? That is going to be very fragile and might break up in steep turns or rough landings?

Thanks, IrobertI, I did lower the layer thickness and that did help a lot. It's not perfect but much better than it was. This part will be a little heavier but it's a small part so it won't make a lot of difference.
geert2, RC plains need to be light weight. They generally will hold together on steep turns and rough landings, but if you crash it will break like most other materials. The glue seams are the weak link.
There is also an option to do variable layer thickness where it does thinner layers on surfaces like this. The feature is called "adaptive layers".
Do you mind sharing your CAD file on your project? I have a future project of using wings on and underwater application. You can post the file on the forum and will try it on my S5....

You're going to have to decrease the layer thickness or (probably preferable) see if you can change the orientation of the part to not have such a shallow angle on that top surface.
