  1. That is wicked! Zbrush? Will check that one out. Easy to learn?
  2. The female vase was based on 3D scan of one of my models.
  3. Hahaha! I have an Airhead collection on development. I am using scans of my friends faces for that. I also seriously need to learn using Fusion 360 to a good level. My attempts in merging their heads to objects is currently quite pitiful.
  4. Phew! I'm glad it worked out. I better vacuum seal my remaining PVA filament then
  5. It just ozzed PLA goo and the build plate popped off, the springs were at the bottom. Yes, I have reached out to my (GBIRE) reseller tech support guy and he said he will contact you guys at Ultimaker HQ and will arrange to pick up the printer (something around those lines). I've dumped the logs as instructed and sending all info requested.
  6. I can see that your feeder is really tight and that is the cause of the ground up filaments. Loosen it up a bit. Turn the screw so the marker is at the top. Get a nylon paint brush and vacuum cleaner. Remove the bowden tube. Then try to dislodge the ground filament while sucking them out. If that fails, try this... https://ultimaker.com/en/resources/50688-clean-the-feeder
  7. ?My printer was okay when I left it to print last night, even went through build plate calibration okay and I woke up to find that not only is the build plate undone but I have dried up filament stuck on the print head... The printer is 1 month and 5days old. ? Help! I am currently trying to unclogging it using a heatgun to melt the hardened filament. Unfortunately the bottom part of the print head has come off. I am able to open the flap now... ? I tried to melt the filament stuck on the printcore but it is too dense I am afraid of doing more damage. I was only able to melt a tiny bit. This is going to be a long wait until the UK customer service guy arrive in the office.... ? ?
  8. They can't mind read without this ... And yes, it works. We're able to do basic commands with robots and this.
  9. I went for the diadoumenus inspired works with fragmented male anatomy as that seems accepted in the marketplaces than the one with complete anatomy.
  10. I just started printing with a Velleman branded PLA. I do not think this is a really good one. For a PLA, it smells foul and it just literally cause me a headache... like 6inches nail stuck to my head kind of reaction. Stopped and switched with the Rigid Ink ones and currently opening all aerating the whole place to rid of the smell.
  11. Thank you! Just made it in PLA. yes, it can withstand normal tugging. Tested it ( with primary & high school pupils as my main lab rats + a bunch of adults who agreed to attach their keys ) for a couple of months now. Hehehehe, I might to try to capture some video of potential buyers reaction to the butts. ?
  12. So... in preparation to my local craft/makers event in a weeks time and for an upcoming photoshoot for my new website, the 3D printer was very, very busy. And I haven't even started on the prints to fundraise for the Pangolins yet! I made a simple design to make keyrings. (test print)
  13. Nice! How long did it take to finish printing?
  14. Well, I've been printing icecream cone ring stands non stop after the failed dual extrusion attempt ? Will try it again after.
  15. Yes, I've done the calibration for cores and print beds including doing the nuclear option.. First week with the machine and the amazing customer support from the GBIRE was very helpful.
  16. LOL. wrapped up like an Egyptian mummy ? ?? Thank you!
  17. I thought you mean the actual file with it's settings that resulted to this print.
  18. Erm.. I already started a different print ?
  19. I've printed a mushroom mummy. This is my first dual extrusion attempt. Got the model from here.... Add followed the instructions. What did I miss? ?
