I'm not certain but I don't think the app is supported anymore. You might be stuck with using a browser, or the features inside of cura (you can for example see what the camera sees from any web browser including one on a tablet or phone and I think it's higher resolution than if you do it through cura).

Same problem here.
The app worked once (Tested it the day we received the printer). I'm not sure what causes the issue.

I am having the exact same problem until the last update everything seemed to be working fine and i am fairly certain the app hasn't been discontinued because it is still listed on the main products page and if the app has been discontinued i haven't heard anything about it also that would be a real shame because i used the app a lot anyway i really do hope they bring it back or fix it.

Have you recently updated your firmware? It looks like one user found that updating to 4.3 resolved their connection issues with the app.
Hey! I don't know if anyone is still following this but I found a workaround for this!! It is the NFC. That sounds strange but after months of troubleshooting this exact issue on my Galaxy S8+. It disconnects as soon as the printer recognizes any filament NFC chip.
Select the filament manually and see if that works for you. It works for me immediately. Firmware updates only seem to fix it for me temporarily.

I am very frustrated by this issue as you! I've uninstalled and reinstalled app as well as reset printer and was no help!
Please someone at UM respond to this issue!
