Check the icon in the icon strip on the left hand side for Move, I think it may be the one at the top. The Z axis should show 0; if not that is your problem

Hmmm, On layer one, it is (Yellow/bottom) but it is now actually clear so you can see the sides. I think Illl post a pic. Is this going to print the bottom part? I can only see it on layer one, so I think thats ok (bottom yellow Cura)??
(This is the bottom in CURA level 1) Does this mean it will print?)

Is your part below the buildplate at all? Otherwise, one layer is not a strong bottom. Can you make it thicker in an editing software?
Its 1.5mm the limit is 1mm. Just wondering why it comes up blank?
Click on your part, then click on the move button - in the top left corner - second icon down. What is the Z value? Make sure it is zero. If it's not zero set it to zero.
How many bottom layers does it look like it will print in layer view? Only one? Or more? I'm not sure why you can't see the bottom layer when you scroll up a bit but he layer view has 2 controls - basically it shows a range of layers. If you slide up on the bottom of the range it hides the bottom layers in layer view. What version of cura is this exactly?
@gr5 the screenshots are not from Ultimaker Cura, it looks like a customized old version, maybe 14.x or 15.x?
The only way to change the z-pos was the option "Cut off object bottom" (AFAIK)
@Wheelone The layer visualization was a bit different in Cura versions of these old days , but you can go through it layer by layer to ensure, that the chosen amount of bottom layers is actually printed (the amount depends on the chosen top/bottom height and the layer thickness).
For the Windows version: hold the CTRL-key and use the arrow up/down keys (in layer view).
But first: check your model: switch to the x-ray view and check for any red marked faces. If in doubt, post a screenshot of this view too.
Looks like the Lulzbot Edition of "old" Cura. @Wheelone may want to check the Lulzbot forum too.
Ok, well the guy who is printing it says it should come out ok. Ive seen alot of prints filled in when they should be hollow, so that was the worry. He said Yellow is the bottom layer. ?/? I guess Ill find out in a couple weeks.

When in doubt, check Layer View. This is a preview of what is actually sent to the printer.
The red in Solid View is an indication of parts of the object that would need supports (if they don't touch the buildplate). You can turn this visualisation off/on in the General preferences.
