I see someone 'liberated' a poster from our stand at FabCon ;-)
wait wait wait.. ! ;-)
actually ! when i brought my company blue ultimaker back home after the erfurt fair, i found this cool ultimaker poster rolled up underneath a mountain of about 200 ultimaker flyers under my print table......
would ultimaker like to have its poster back ? ;-)
Ian :-)
or better idea, we can meet at a designated point on the german holland border, you carefully walk alone to the border line with the little pincers that you guys took from me, i walk very carefully alone to the border line with your poster and then... without any fast movements, we swap... turn around and return back to our safe zones....
sound ok ?
Ian :-)
Here is where my um lives.
All my pla is in the boxes underneath then i only have the pla that im printing with on the spool atthe back or attached to the peg board.
great little ultimaker corner ! :-) basically every thing you need for hours of productive designing... :-)
thanks for the share.
Ian :-)
I just had to. Here's my "happy" corner at the moment
okkk very cool. so Robert has a happy coffee table corner ;-) LOL
can i ask you robert.. are you building a new ultimaker ? or are you building a new print head with inbuilt extruder ?? whats the great operation at the moment ??
Ian :-)
That's what a few weeks of frustration with a printer that doesn't work right looks like Currently I'm replacing the pulleys, changing to the "banana blocks", replacing the belts and changing my direct drive mounts. My back is KILLING me right now, I should've moved the operation to a table with a decent work height... oh well.
Currently I've got 2 Ultimaker happy corners, I'm super happy!
This is the one at Van Alles Wat Ontwerp, a little design studio I'm running with friends in Eindhoven. We focus quite a bit on 3d printing and just recently signed up to become a 3DHub! www.3dhubs.com
And my other happy corner is ofcourse at ColorFabb HQ. The photo is outdated because the lab got a lot happier with a Delta Tower 3dprinter!
i got myself a proper camera and did some updated photos of my mad hatter corner ... wohaaaaaaaa :-)
Ian
Ultimaker - the perfect accessory for every home. ;-D
There needs to be a disclaimer.. the ultimaker tends to gravitationally attract tools from all over the house.
true ! lol
Pride of place next to my office desk. Lighting required so I can procrastinate watching my prints :-)
wow... tidy !.. how did that happen ? ;-)
Ian
Put my Printer on the Desk as Danny.
While the place seems not to be as dark as his Place, my Printer anyways got included light, too

It was night time :-) 10:50pm
To be honest they have shown that dimmed lights help with creativity

Ok thats a good reason
Thanks for the Link!
Here's mine. I got a free space in an empty building from an art museum and it's temporary. I stay here pretty much all day every day. Now printing hilbert cube dual extrusion test file.

Ian
whoops! first time uploading to gallery, missed to publish photos.
Now it is up!
We should have a picture thread on the not so happy corner under the print bed.
All the discarded random bits and broken pieces.

haha oh my. I don't think anybody wants to see my Ultimaker corner!
But at the moment it is among friends here at the HQ.. catching up with the latest Ultimaker chit chat.
But kuddo's for your happy Ulti-Corner Ian!
Those crunchy amounts of PLA strings sound awfully familiar.
Walking around barefooted or wearing only socks is also not recommended
