  10. Coffe and Tea Maschine on... CLICK. blub blub blub blub.... So gooooddd morning guys :-) How were your weekends ? On Saturday I had one of these interesting dinner meetings with my girlfriends dad basically telling him to take his control freak mentality one step back from us... as you might guess it was a delightful experience... :-( But I did it.. it was all said and thank god... job done... for now. Sunday after the dad chat.. we basically cleaned up things a little and then took sunday totally easy... I think we were burned out a little from the stress of waiting before our meeting and then the thing itself.... But feeling a lot better today and hoping to do some cool little jobs and.. help some beautiful people on the forum when I can :-) Ian :-)
  11. Im guessing Sander or Marrit will pop there nose into this tread today and see what they can do. But its sad to hear how things are turning out for you ! Shouldnt be like this ! as I always say THE CUSTOMER IS KING and for a company basing its success on word of mouth.. things can go south much quicker than they think... Ian :-)

  13. as the lads mentioned.. a photo sayy everything.. let us see whats going on and we better pin point the problem. Ian :-)
  14. The Erfurt German 3D Fair is now only 3 weeks away.. ahhh.. I have one working cool concept but not perfect for all filaments yet and I have one much nicer simpler and smaller solution that should answer alot of questions.. but I have to race to get a working prototype going. Then im going to just lay everything out on the big screen and start talking about my latest ideas and how things could be improved :-) Ian :-)
  15. morning guys ! yeah I get that a lot when i have a lot of windows and openings in my outside building wall models.. the print head moves around for the openings and then the movement carries on over to the wall on the right a little. If the model is small and needs to be perfect, it has to be printed painfully slowly... sadly if this is a a large part, then you have to print slow and it will take.. a long time... Maybe this has also something to do with the fact that the tip of the hotend, the nozzle is so far away away from the centre of the axis it is moving on. So any vibration is increasted because you have a print head waving from its high fixed axis? Ian
  16. for the best quality id also have to say Faberdashery Colorfabb have some fantastic filaments but also one or two.. not so good. I got a large roll of white 3mm PLA that was totally useless.. but the other filaments were great ! Ian :-)
  17. FRIDAY !!!! yippeeee..... now the irish boy searches for a cold beer.... Have a super weekend guys !! Ian :-)
  18. Morning ! :-) It does sound like your getting a bit of a bad deal there ! The only way I can help you from the outside is bring this message to the attention of Sander (community manager) and he will start knocking heads and seeing whats happening. Can I ask, when you contactes sales.. what did they say or what was their reason for this ? Good luck and have a lovely day. Ian :-)
  19. very nice printed model ! Another little tip is.. I find great success in going into the expert settings in Cura and choosing from the Combine Options A. David really did a nice job of this function and it saves my bacon all the time. Ian :-)
  20. im going to give this a go tonight ! Thank you for the great work ! Ian :-)
  21. How thick is the bridge on the mold ? Im guessing with standard settings in Cura and the print dimensions of the normal ultimaker nozzle.. Cura will automatically ignore this piece if it is smaller. Did you try thickening it up a little to .4mm if that is possible in your design and see if that works ? Ian :-)
  22. bingo !! I had one really great interview in Bavaria for a cool solidworks job.. actually designing maschines amazingly similiar in design to 3d printers... but muchhhhh bigger :-) HEHE So... keep applying... find something interesting... and pays enough to live... then I automatically have two things I dont now... or as the irish would say... just go out a win the lotto you fool !! LOL ;-) Ian :-)
