Hi,
First you have to heat up your nozzle. Don't necessarly heat it up to 200 degrees or more, just around 140 sounds normally enough to get the plastic softer.
Then remove the fan bracket.
Now you have to clean everything you can and when it sounds better, heat your nozzle to at least 210 and tear down the hotend, it will be easier to clean the upper part
