did you figure this out?  Sorry that you got no answers to this relatively easy question.  Basically just change cura from "recommended" mode to "custom" mode.  It will keep all the settings and you can simply change layer height.  There are already over 100 profiles.  It's many hours of work to test each one so you are only going to get so many profiles for each material.  There are more for PLA and other materials - ABS is just not that great of a material (not great properties).
