Pas certain que la cartouche de chauffe soit la cause de la sous extrusion. C'est possible mais j'en doute, y a tellement de facteurs qui peuvent causer de la sous extrusion...

Le coupleur d'origine va plutot se déformer et avoir tendance a se resserrer. Du coup le filament va avoir de plus en plus de mal a passer.

Pour le changer c'est vraiment pas compliqué.

J'ai un tuto sur mon site pour changer la tête, le principe est quasi le même (avec moins de démontage forcément). Ca se change en moins de 10 minutes).
