  1. It should be in the next version, but it would need a bit more spit & polish before it's added. I created the plugin fairly quickly to show how to create plugins from scratch. If anyone feels like making a better interface, please do so. If its good, i'll make sure its in there.
  2. Lol, discussion is fine. Thats wat it's for.
  3. Cool! I've asked the guys there to create pull requests in the future so everyone can benefit.
  4. You will need to make custom firmware yourself, sorry. It's not that hard and there are marlin builders out there that simplify this. If they suggested that they have such firmware, you should simply contact simplify3d.
  5. I don't think we've tested with any of those. I'm very interested in what the results are!
  6. Please report issues on the github. Its almost impossible for us to keep track of issues on the forum.
  7. Ugh. The forum added the dot to the link. It should be https://github.com/Ultimaker/Cura/tree/master/resources/settings
  8. It was dropped for the moment as its implementation was horrible. If your standard frame is rotated by 90 degrees it's probably better not to use the lay flat in the first place but to simply rotate the object by the required amount.
  9. Could you post this issue on the issue tracker of the engine? You can find it here
  10. Could you post the log file?
  11. Get a graphics card that supports open-gl 2.
  12. Take a look at https://github.com/Ultimaker/Cura/tree/master/resources/settings. Here you can find all the machines that have been added but are not yet in a release.
  13. You need to be more specific before we can help you. What didnt work? What machine are you on? Did you install the latest graphic drivers? What errors were displayed? What was in the log file?
  14. You will need to add the profile yourself. All profiles that are not Ultimakers will need to be contributed by community members / other companies (as they have been in the past).
  15. Could you post this on the github issue tracker? You can find it at https://github.com/Ultimaker/Cura/issues
  16. Could you (also) post this on the github issue tracker? Makes it easier to keep track. Cura does not check the lock file as far as I can remember. To be honest, I wasn't even aware of it's existence, as I assumed that linux would handle this without my meddling (which makes way more sense imho).
  17. The source code is hosted at github, which also has a rudimentary issue tracker (Sort of a forum). You can find it at https://github.com/Ultimaker/Cura/issues We fixed quite a bit in the latest release, so always check if you have the most up to date version.
  18. You know about the work around right? Copy one of the JSON files and change it there.
  19. It should be fixed now. Also; if no-one uses 15.06, it will stay in a non-stable state for a loong time The latest version should already be much more stable.
  20. Meshlab can fix some of the mistakes, but it's a difficult piece of software to master and tends to be a bit on the unstable side.
  21. It could be that the m104 is the problem; it sets the temperature to 0. If you remove the m104 command and the m140 command, do you still get the errors?
