  1. That's what i did, loaded your model, clicked on it and in mesh tools click fix normal's
  2. seems to be a problem with the models normals in that rectangle section, useing cura's mesh tools to fix normals sorts it, PI3_1612988591_XP_.3mf
  3. in your custom profile, make sure the material/temperature settings have no fx on the left of the temp. And there is no reason you cannot heat bed and extruder at the same time, depends on what you have in the machine/start code .
  4. Tried your project file on cura 4.13 windows version and it sliced perfectly so not sure whats happening on your end.
  5. In your machine settings, the gcode flavour is set to 'bits from bytes' setting this to marlin gives a good slice. Not sure what firmware you have installed on your printer.
  6. Even more strange, when i slice your stl with my profile, hide seam works ok as well. PI3_WINGTEST_profile3test.3mf
  7. Changing 'seam corner preference' to none seems to help keep the starts on the same corner
  8. That profile will not work with the newer versions of cura, what version are you using. Best if you send me a profile from your cura and i will see if i can tweek it for you. With the stl loaded into cura do a file/save project and post or send me the .3mf
  9. In the cooling section try changing minimum layer time and minimum speed
  10. Remove the M82 from the printers start code in printer management
  11. can't explain why, but setting surface mode to 'both' seems to solve the problem.
  12. Slices perfectly with print thin walls ticked and surface mode = surface
  13. Can you attach the stl pls. or even better, the project file (file/save)
  14. Setting the 'support Z distance' too 0 will start the support on layer 2 instead of layer 3.
  15. playing about with line width and number of lines almost sorts it. Using the cura arachne engine completely sorts it.
  16. model normal fixed via cura mesh tools PI3_studna.stl
  17. I think thats right, all tho i have not tested it yet.
  18. If you mouse over the initial fan speed it explains that the fan is incremented from 'initial fan speed' upto 'regular fan speed' from layer 1 upto 'regular fan speed at layer'4 So to have no fan upto layer 4 you need to set 'regular fan speed' to 0
  19. as well as having 6.5 retraction, you also have 0 retraction extra prime. On my direct drive system i use 0.7 retract and 0.2 extra prime. The extra prime help overcome any ooze during travels
  20. wanhao duplicator i3 plus x. is this a bowden feed or a direct drive extruder ?
  21. Strange, loading your project into cura 4.8, both discs print from inside-out, but not in ver 4.9
