Search the forum for the "filled cavity problem ". We have seen it before and you may need to take things apart to clean it properly. It looks like the 3rd one, at the back just suffered from a feeder skip. This is the original ultimaker blue by the look of it? Are you nearing the center or end of the print reel? If so, this could be increasing your chances of filament being a little too tight on the reel and the feeder skipping as it tries to feed. The mess on the 3rd image ...haha someone has thrown a ninja star at your hotend... at some point the hotend and the print has got a little messy and its pulled your print from the bed. If i was you...firstly before doing anything else.. I would try printing the same files but with different filament if you have one. A new role preferably so we eliminate the old reel problem. Print at 210c with a 60c bed. 40mms.

I have been printing with Bronzefill recently which, I think, has resulted in more blockages. Increased flow helps reduce the blockages though. Anyway, i took the teflon coupler out yesterday and you can notice quite easily if there is any deformation. Same as Labern above, passed a drill bit through it and working ok now...cross fingers

At least you dont have the usual " Pint of beer reflection " in your goggles

Yeah I agree with Woofy, cover the printer which allows the ABS a little more cooling time. If it cools quickly it will crack apart.

Love these metal content filaments. Still have two full bronzefill reels to use up

A bit of practice and you should be able to create those sort of things quite easily in solidworks or Creo. Welcome aboard Sammo.

No other printers within this price range will perform better than what the UM2 can IMHO. Agree with Robert, can you post some pics of some of the failures that you have had and some of the models that your are printing? Hopefully you can get that % a bit higher!
