Solidworks and Zbrush are two totally different modelling packages, so if your more into your organic modelling and characters etc then go for Zbrush. I can use Creo/Solidworks pretty well for all kinds of mechanical things, with parametric modelling...however because of my Parametric mechanical mind I found Zbrush sooooooo hard!! There are loads of tutorial videos online though, and as suggested above go for Sculptris first which is a great little version of Zbrush but is free.

Chris, you wont be disappointed with Faberdashery, it really is great stuff. Quality is superb. They are planning on supplying them on reels soon too, so no more dropping tangly spools on the floor Edit; My spelling SUX

@Corey, i popped into the imakr store in london last week.. I have to say that the UM2`s were all printing away and the MB`s were not... the shop manager also suggested that sales of the UM2s are way outperforming those of the MB. No surprise huh!

I have bought the bronzefill...but done Nothing with it yet ;(
