It looks like a cooling problem. Judging from the print you are working on an UMO(+). The fan coming from one side could have this effect, although it's pretty intense here.
Could you supply the model, perhaps there is a better orientation? Or a dual fan setup could work. Alternatively you can use a big room fan and point it at the printer from the other side temporarily.
If all those are no option, print 2 of these models at once, that will allow the plastic to cool down more before starting the next layer. And print at a lower temperature if possible.
It could also be a stability issue, that the right leg of the print was moving during the print?
