  1. @SandervG, did you get my pm's? Some show, others don't Also, on my phone, the forum still seizes media focus, stopping my music that was playing.
  2. Yep, that's why you generally don't build your own forum. But what could the problem be, spammers still? @SandervG, looking at your profile it says last post 5 days ago. However, this post was after that: https://ultimaker.com/en/community/18674-where-is-the-ultimaker-store?page=3#reply-131915
  3. Had the same thing pming Sander does I thought it was me, but now you describe it it seems to be a bug indeed
  4. Nop, also on my desktop it seems
  5. Only seeing it on mobile devices
  6. Omg, Labern, that canon is yours!? That has to be top 3! I love it! The details, and how did you polish the canon? For good reason: Didier: Labern: Myself: Did I miss people?
  7. Haha, I'm "competing" too. Too much rush to produce something nice. That death trooper is amazing! Like how the time-lapse is setup there
  8. This! On my phone the green circle goes over the picture, but not on my win10 Firefox43
  9. Nice print! Indeed very clean and no layers visible. @SandervG Nice way of showing the print! Only the image is bigger and it goes over the user image
  10. Why do I get notifications of random prints being uploaded suddenly?
  11. It looks like a cooling problem. Judging from the print you are working on an UMO(+). The fan coming from one side could have this effect, although it's pretty intense here. Could you supply the model, perhaps there is a better orientation? Or a dual fan setup could work. Alternatively you can use a big room fan and point it at the printer from the other side temporarily. If all those are no option, print 2 of these models at once, that will allow the plastic to cool down more before starting the next layer. And print at a lower temperature if possible. It could also be a stability issue, that the right leg of the print was moving during the print?
  12. Following the topic I was interested in trying it with the UM2 fans, as they seem a bit stronger and more silent. Also you sacrifice less build area.
  13. Plastic not, I believe it was mentioned earlier.
  14. None. Even in my student room, given the fact that I print PLA only
  15. @ultiarjan You are right: But from what I understand Helian does more than Colorfabb does. They also do other stuff and work together indeed with : http://helianpolymers.com/category/products/ Also, from Helian Polymers: ColorFabb brand of Helian Polymers is a producer of filaments and innovative materials for 3D printing. Helian Polymers is official distributor of Eastman Amphora™ 3D polymer. So it seems they use a specific plastic from Eastman.
  16. I deleted all notifications, rather than marking them as read. Now it seems less?
  17. Are you saying colorfabb PLA filament is the safest? I haven't seen them compare, but I do know there is test results from their own material available. I'd use any PLA(that is not from cheap china stores/resellers). @ultiarjan, Colorfabb is a brand name from Helian Polymers, one of the industries largest plastic producers. So the production of the filament happens from their selfproduced plastic
  18. So Many GHOST NOTIFICATIONS :(
  19. I noticed some phones(BB10 among them) do that to the pictures yes. Decent R2D2, without any tweaking. I'm sure you can get a nicer print with some setting tweaks
  20. Regarding safety and particles, you should look into colorfabb materials, they actually do extensive research and testing. As for smell, there is a typical one, but not bad or unsafe, as long as you stick to PLA.
  21. There is an unboxing vid on youtube: And from adafruit
  22. I just got cheap China nozzles(got them with I got my printer 2nd hand), and got nice accurate drills to drill them to the .6 and .8 size.
  23. Stupid idea: You guys must use tools right, perhaps a prize can be something you guys use daily?
  24. Sorry I missed the original topic: Uhm, I wouldn't know, except that leds don't really use that much power so therefor it shouldn't be a problem. I'm running 3 IKEA dioder strips of that port.
