  1. I am not sure about the 35 watt heater but the 40 watt heated melts some of the block on my friends printer.
  2. I do not have an ultimaker but I have a RoBo 3D to hold the coupler which leaded to less wobble.
  3. Yes, check all the connection between the bed and the controller board. If it their is no problem you might want to replace the thermistor or the bed.
  4. I need to find an material that is lightweight and very strong. I also need to bee able to smooth the layers out so it is like an injection molded part, because I am designing an RC Airplane that can hold 50KG/110 LB of weight. I need to find a material that matches my requirements of this project, help with designing the plane. Anyone who is an expert in electronic for the controller or who have flown RC Airplane/Drones/Helicopters are appreciated. Aerospace Engineers are also needed. This is for an event or contest between my friends. Any help or ideas are appreciated. Other Information: The two printers I can print on are RoBo3D R1+Plus robo3d.com Build Volume 10*9*8 inches with a heated bed of 8.4*8.4 inches Monoprice MP Select Mini monoprice.com Build volume: 4.7*4.7*4.7 inches
  5. You can use Autodesk 123D Catch to scan it and extrude the file to a thickness.
  6. When you are printing can you use a infarred sensor to see the temperature of the stepper motors?
  7. Yes, the spacers and someother thing can be printed but not everything.
  8. Maybe try an older version of cura. Or you can run it as admin.
  9. Try to clean the nozzle as best you can, the hotend, the tubing, and even maybe the bowden stepper motor.
  10. I do not think it is covered, you should also replace the stepper motors while your at it. But, before you do anything attempt to fix it like this: 1. Replace the A4988 stepper drivers 2. Replace the Stepper Motors 3. Replace the Control Board.
  11. Higher the temp, try printing with a brim or skirt, and maybe use a raft.
  12. You layers are too small. I recommend you get your nozzle from a trustable resource because china could have bad manufacturing of the nozzles on ebay. Can you post some videos/pictures of what happens with the 0.2 mm nozzle?

  14. Thanks for asking, how was your day? Yesterday it was good, played some games, when outside, helped on the forums and did more research, designed.
  15. There is a possibility, but it say it is made for PVA and I think you could/should find a model to find in separate parts. Plus, you will need to clean it up a bit.
  16. Although I have a RoBo3D, my friend did not have a good time with burned nozzle, I would not recommend it.
  17. Try to use another version of cura, if the same thing happens maybe something bad with your pc?
  18. Just to mention, I think you understand, but do not buy from unreliable shops.
  19. Can you see filament in the nozzle tip? Do you have it disassembled? What is your layer height when you print with the 0.2 nozzle?
