  1. **Update: Could you try this version: https://stack.mybacklog.info/s/LDltcUP2BXur7AZ
  2. This is a long shot, but could you try this version: https://stack.mybacklog.info/s/dr4Dwy2lr4tNE0q
  3. We have a 3.2.1 version planned in a few days. PM me if you would like to test it
  4. That has been fixed in the 3.2 version by only loading the printers you need.
  5. It is not an official version, but it has the fixes for the garbled text in it (at least we hope). The download location is from my personal 'cloud' folder, if you trust me/us that is something you need to decide for yourself.
  6. We made a test version, it includes some bug fixes and a possible fix for the garbled texts. We have tested this version, but not extensively. The download location is from my personal could storage, since we don't have another way to distribute 'daily' builds (yet). Could you try Cura 3.2.1: https://stack.mybacklog.info/s/MgLnKXLL0P9ro4M ?
  7. Just to be sure, you are using the /s (for silent) when installing?
  8. Good to hear you solved it, could you share how it was solved?
  9. If you go to the Plugin Browser and download the Auto-orientation plugin, you will get this functionality
  10. This plugin is also available in the plugin browser, thank you @ahoeben
  11. The mail goes directly to me and our testers. You can expect it to be live Monday or Tuesday.
  12. Can you describe what goes wrong? Or post a screenshot?
  13. Did anyone already try the new 'multiple buildplate' feature? You can enable/disable it in the 'preferences', love to hear some feedback!
  14. Are you really sure you run a 64bits windows 7 (I can't think of anything else anymore)?: Windows 7: 64-bit or 32-bit? Click or tap on the Start button and then Control Panel. Click or tap on the System and Security link. Note: If you're viewing either the Large icons or Small icons view of Control Panel, you won't see this link. Just click or touch on the System icon and then proceed to Step 4. In the System and Security window, click/tap on the System link. When the System window opens, titled as View basic information about your computer, locate the System area below the oversized Windows logo. In the System area, look for System type among the other statistics about your computer. The System type will report either a 32-bit Operating System or a 64-bit Operating System.
  15. It looks like more people have this problem. If I google it, the first hit suggests a fix: https://www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/how-to-fix-the-application-is-unable-to-start-correctly-0xc00007b-error/ I think you already tried some of these steps? Could you try the others? Next week we will release 3.2 beta, but I think you will still have that crash because it is on a 'lower level' than Cura.
  16. Looks liekt he same as: Check the new Test version firmware for a fix.
  17. As mentioned above, the multiple buildplate feature makes it possible to load a bunch of models, auto arrange them over as much build plates that are needed and then send them all to Cura Connect in one go. This makes life easier for printing larger assemblies. Making the prime tower more stable is also on this list, we are thinking more in the direction of the shape (round) and removing the zig-zagging that is sometimes needed to fill it.I will add the brim only for prime tower (no promise that it will be in there, the team needs to estimate it first).
  18. This is a bug in Qt (a library which we use), once this is fixed we will update to that version of Qt.
  19. Do you have 'Auto Proxy detection' turned on in your network settings?
  20. Please keep us posted!
  21. Strange, we just ran a test with three different firmwares and saw no difference in the temperatures.
  22. http://software.ultimaker.com/jedi/releases/UM3-rootfs-4.1.4.20171204.tar.xz
  23. Did you use the BETA? Please remove the 3.1 settings folder and start 3.1 final again.
