  4. Hi Pavel, The grey flat cable communicates between the front panel and the electronics. This involves the menu but also the SD card. By the look of your picture I would say your cable broke, so within the cable the wires do no longer make a proper connection. Since you already have the cover removed, it is just a very small effort to replace that cable with a new one. You have also sent me a DM, let sort out details through that. Thank you!
  5. Hi Simon, Please keep me up dated about your Ultimaker and how it behaves. If you do find it becoming unstable again, my offer still stands and I can send you a new heated bed. I am very curious to hear about your experience with ABS!
  6. Hi Pavels, Have you tried updating the firmware? In previous versions the firmware was responsible for some reading errors, but that has been fixed. (but in those cases it did work prior to the error). On the picture I also see a cable that looks like it can be damaged. Would you be comfortable replacing the cable if I would send you a new one? Looking forward hearing from you,

  8. And if you have a different power supply, your entire Ultimaker 2 will shut down, instead of giving the error. So I do not think it is the same problem
  9. I suppose it is the screw terminal that had a loose solder point where it is connected to the heated bed? At the end where the PT100 sits (thin cables).

  12. Hi Vincent and Simon, Thank you for your posts. It can be 2 various reasons why you get this message. Please let me explain about the options: 1; a cable could be loose, and you have a bad connection. 2; there is a defect in the screw terminals on your heated bed. 1; this can be easily solved. Remove the cable restraint from the bed and loosen the cables from the heated bed. Make sure to place the cables back and secure them in the terminals. The thick ones need to be on the left, and the think wires need to be on the right. 2; If you have a multi-meter, you can isolate the problem. First you open the screw terminal, and take out the cable. Then close the screw terminal completely, and read the front of the terminals. The parts that are being lowered by closing it. You should reed approx 106-108 Ohms. It shouldn't matter where you put the + or ground. If you read a deviating value or nothing, you are in need of a new heated bed. Please contact our support team for further steps.

  19. That is something you should ask 3D hubs.. We are not a part of them, but a large part of their users / hubs, are Ultimaker.
  20. @ Hector, November 14th requires a little bit more patience. I think I can give you some more details during next week. @ Luisito, I don't know what your point is? I hope it is pretty obvious we do our very best to sent out all the orders as soon as possible. And we care for our customers. Indeed, sending orders can not go out fast enough. But we are going as fast as we can. We ran into some difficulties, but things are coming together slowly.   22. A city needs a certain number of registrated ' hubs' aka printers, to be unlocked. I think it is about 20. You can of course use different hubs, but then they have to mail it to you

Your Ultimaker 2 is right now boxed, and ready to be picked up by DHL. So it will be shipped out today! Hopefully, this will make your day a little bit better.   24. Hi Bill, I figured you would miss the click print button in Cura! We are also working on wifi to be enabled in the future, so that would mean you can toss that SD card away again. It is not there yet, but something to look forward to. Dual Extrusion will be released (most likely) in the first or second Q of 2014, nearly there. I have already seen some results and they already look amazing! I have about 20 files on my SD card, not all very large tho. Are yours all very big? It should be able to take more then a couple.
