  1. There is, but not on your computer. Your "Color scheme" panel indicates that the layer view is in "Compatibility mode". This means some functionality in Cura is missing because your GPU does not support a feature that Cura wants to use. If the layer view were not in compatibility mode, there would also be a horizontal slider, like the vertical one. That horizontal slider would have a "play" button of its own.
  2. Go to Extensions -> Post Processing -> Modify Gcode Add a Search and Replace script Search: M1(40|90|04|09) .* keep Replace: empty Turn on the "Use Regular Expressions" checkbox Save gcode. There are no more M140, M190, M104 or M109 gcodes in it.
  3. You could use a Search and replace postprocessing script.
  4. The materials in the Marketplace are mostly meant for Ultimaker printers. They only have definitions for 2.85 mm variants, so they don't show up for printers that use 1.75 mm diameter filament.
  5. You could try changing the name of the gcode file to something shorter.
  6. There is an option in the General preferences now that will at least stop Cura from crashing by forcing it to start up on the primary screen. The caveat is that you need it to start at least once; temporarily disabling the second screen should work with that. In the General settings, uncheck the "Restore window position on start" checkbox.
  7. The plugin is now available from the Marketplace.
  8. Most other printers don't support sending printjobs to them wirelessly from Cura natively, but you could use OctoPrint (which could be installed on a Raspberry Pi small computer board) to send print jobs to other printers wirelessly. This works with most printers that can be controlled via a USB port (which does not include the Ultimaker 3 and newer; those printers only have a USB port that supports reading gcode files, not controlling the printer). There's a plugin in the Marketplace to tightly integrate OctoPrint into Cura (full disclosure: I wrote that plugin). See https://octoprint.org/
  9. BTW, I am pretty sure there is an Abort button, but it may be a little hidden away. One way is to check the webpage of your printer (but I am sure there is a similar button in Cura):
  10. Cura 3.3 can be downloaded here: https://github.com/Ultimaker/Cura/releases/tag/3.3.0 Cura 4.0 can be downloaded here: https://github.com/Ultimaker/Cura/releases/tag/4.0.0
  11. Sorry, you misread what I asked. What version of Cura was the previous version you used? The version you updated from?
  12. If you say what type of printer you have, and what version your previous version of Cura was, then perhaps we can help.
  13. Try removing the stdout.log file (but keep the folder in place).
  14. The toolbox in the “plugin” menu has been replaced by the Marketplace; see the top right of the window (in the dark blue header bar)
  15. A printer definition can either have a nice dropdown of different nozzle sizes to use OR it can have its nozzle size manually adjusted in the Extruder tab of the Machine Settings dialog. Cura does not allow for both, since you would get conflicting settings.
  16. A screenshot would be nice. FWIW, the "Network enabled printers" category is mostly for networked Ultimaker printers. I am not quite sure how an OctoPrint-connected printer would promote itself to a "Network ready" printer.
  17. And starting Cura one extra time kills you?
  18. See `"`Help -> Show configuration folder" in Cura. I do second your "why not?" though. @burtoogle, if I can be of help maintaining the package in the Marketplace, let me know.
  19. From the looks of that log file, it looks like the plugin is working as intended. However, you seem to have an Ultimaker S5 configured in Cura, and that printer is not compatible with OctoPrint so the button to configure the plugin to connect to OctoPrint is not shown. Then again, I also see that there is an OctoPrint instance on your network. Do you have multiple 3d printers?
  20. I've had a look at your files. You have configured one of your printers to use 2.85mm material, and the other to use 1.75mm material. Cura filters materials by approximate material diameter for each printer, so you don't accidentally select a 2.85mm material for a 1.75mm printer.
  21. Could you zip up your configuration folder and DM me a link?
  22. I answered you on the other thread you opened. I am not going to discuss this question in two threads. Edit: for reference, see https://community.ultimaker.com/topic/32397-making-new-filaments-i-create-available-to-all-printers/
  23. How did you add them to Cura? Both as "Custom FFF Printer"?
  24. I'm the creator of the MeshTools plugin. No matter how broken your model is, Cura should not crash. Can you post a link to your cura.log? That could help solve this crash. See help->show configuration folder. Cura.log is in the folder that opens. Please upload it to dropbox, google drive or similar, and post a link here.
