Nein, nicht unbedingt, weil ein Retract Zeit kostet und das Filament wird hin und her bewegt, was auch nicht immer von Vorteil ist. Somit wird ein Retract nur dann ausgeführt wenn es wirklich notwendig ist. Innerhalb eines Objektes, dort wo Infill ist, ist es egal, dort kann er ruhig unsauber werden und somit wird hier kein Retract gemacht. Das ganze kann aber natürlich alles in Cura definiert und eingestellt werden, aber die Standartwerte passen für den Anfang ganz gut. Ich würde dir auch raten, zu Beginn nicht zu viel zu verstellen. Die Defaulteinstellungen sind eigentlich ganz gut und ich würde mit diesen starten. Mit einer falschen, gut gemeinten, Einstellung kannst du dir mehr verhauen als es bringt.

I haven't tried it yet, but if you save the firmware on the USB stick it could work. But I don't think it is the firmware itself, but you could try to reinstall the current firmware again. I also have the same firmware installed and don't have this problem. Have you the latest firmware version installed? I haven't heard anything similar that the printer freezes when pressing Print Removed, so I am just guessing.

I have a silly question, but are you sure you have prepared/sliced the object? If I change anything and need to reslice, I get exactly your screen without the slider.

Have you already tried to switch the printer off and on again?

Das kann ich dir leider nicht sagen ob es "Tropfen einziehen" ist, weil ich Cura nicht in Deutsch verwenden kann. Die Übersetzungen sind teilweise so grottenschlecht weil sie wortwörtlich und nicht sinnhaft übersetzt sind, das man nur erahnen kann was damit gemeint ist. Wahrscheinlich ist mit Tropfen Retract gemeint, aber das ist jetzt nur eine Vermutung. Ich glaube die Übersetzung für Combing ist im Deutschen Kamm oder so. Da könntest du einmal das Suchfeld bentzen und nach Kamm oder so suchen. Die Option die einen Wert von 0 derzeit hat, wäre es dann.

Your STL file is invalid, I also cannot import it to Cura. So your issue is definitely your STL file which is corrupt or invalid for whatever reason.

Ich nehme an dich stören die "Dinger" an den vertikalen Stegen? Die entstehen durch nachlaufen von Filament aus der Düse wenn sich der Druckkopf zur nächsten Position bewegt. Es könnte helfen die Wert von "Max Comb Distance With No Retract" (keine Ahnung wie das auf Deutsch heisst, findest du unter "Travel") auf einen anderen Wert als 0 setzt z.B. 1. Bedeutet dann, dass jeder Travel des Kopfes länger als 1mm einen Retract durchführt, sprich das Filament zurückgezogen wird.

@peggyb I got it in the meantime 🙂 (sent you a direct mail) The issue is, he don't want to print an image, he want to print the STL of the distance tool, but downloaded the image instead of the STL. That's why I thought you have posted in the wrong thread - sorry for that!

Schau mal hier, da findest du auch ein Foto von diesem Tool, welches nicht 120mm groß ist. Ich vermute du hast ein anderes Tool gefunden. https://ultimakernasupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005705806-Why-Isn-t-My-Active-Leveling-Working- Das Auto Leveling kannst du auch abschalten, machen manche und stellen ihr Druckbett lieber selbst ein. Ich mache das anders, ich habe einmalig das Bett manuell eingestellt und habe Auto Leveling Interval auf Auto, damit macht er dann so gut wie bei jedem Druck vorher ein Leveling. Damit habe ich den Vorteil, dass wenn ich die Glasplatte rausnehme oder gegen eine andere tausche, mir keine weiteren Gedanken über das Leveling machen muss, weil sich der Drucker darum kümmert und ich immer ein perfekt ausgerichtetes Druckbett habe.
