  1. @boyzkill if you need help with this you will need to ask on github not here. Additionally please dont post files that set off chromes virus scanners. There is zero reason to provide zipped "word" file for a log of a error.
  2. you will probably get better help with your issue by asking for help from a Creality community. This is the UltiMaker / UltiMaker Cura community.
  3. the gray area is a no-print zone not shadow https://support.ultimaker.com/s/article/1667337565436
  4. look at the gray boundary on the right side of the bed. move the model a few mm to the left. Also it looks like half of of the model is under the bed?
  5. Generally not a good idea to put the printer on a public wifi.. You can do a firmware recovery guide here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/article/1877434822572 You very much can use the S3 in an offline mode as well. Sign in to UltiMaker Cura is not at all required. But, UltiMaker does not offer direct support via the community. I would recommend contacting UltiMaker Support for assistance here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/contactsupport
  6. My only concern about these sorts of things.. There is not enough attention on the fact that most of these features are still proof of concept. Or as mentioned above only good for specific use cases (currently not corners for example) Too many people see these videos and consider it as "this feature is tested, proven and completed it just needs added to the slicer" when it very much is not majority of the time.
  7. Please contact UltiMaker Support about this issue Here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/contactsupport UltiMaker does not provide direct support via the community.
  8. From my experience the "vast" issues with the fan.. is majority the time in 2 areas. - Fan is very dirty and the user considers it clean when it very much isnt. - Fan wires were damaged/smashed when the user last opened the print head assembly. When fan wires are smashed its generally not safe to "just re route the wire" and call it fixed.. the wire is usually damaged at that point and the fan needs replaced again. Its the most common cause of the active leveling issues.. but not as wide spread as it sounds like it is..
  9. Hi there, Sorry to hear that you are having networking issues with your UltiMaker S5 UltiMaker does not provide direct support via the community. Due to the nature of your reported issue, please contact UltiMaker Support for help with this issue. Contact here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/contactsupport
  10. its only whatever core the PVA is active in.
  11. I find it odd that you use PVA in slot 1 vs slot 2... but either case, yes this is normal. There is a timeout.. i forget how long but its in the several hours range at which point it will eventually retract the PVA all the way back to the material station
  12. best place would be on our github https://github.com/Ultimaker/Cura/discussions
  13. I recommend contacting UltiMaker Support directly for help with this issue. UltiMaker does not provide direct support via the community. Contact Support here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/contactsupport
  14. Tuning a 3D printer for "noise" levels is usually never a viable option as it comes at a significant cost of print quality and reliability. Additionally not all 3d printer models support adjusting the fans that might be causing the noise. It would be best to reach out to the user community around whatever model 3d printer you have for the best advice.

If UltiMaker Cura is detecting OpenGL 1.1 then its not the software its what the driver is reporting to it. https://support.ultimaker.com/s/article/1667410778209 This article notes minimum OpenGL of 2.0 to "run" but OpenGL 4.0+ to actually use preview mode etc. Im wondering if this has recently changed around the time of the more recent updates. With that said.. even if it was running with OpenGL 3.1 as you computer appears to be running.. it would still be a less than optimal experience within UltiMaker Cura However this is the most I can come up with myself and im not a software developer and can only hypothesize. UltiMaker does not provide formal support via the Community. I very much recommend reporting this issue on the UltiMaker Cura github to get assistance from the software team. https://github.com/Ultimaker/Cura/discussions
  16. Those values are all too high.. I would follow -all- of these steps noted in the support article for your issue. https://support.ultimaker.com/s/article/1667410781005
  17. its also not accurate that they are in the way.. the specifications of the machine's max build volume accounts for those zones.. the print head cant reach them.
  18. This should have been your first post. Please dont start threads with meaningless gif images if they are just going to be the only thing in the post.. You could have combined both posts into 1. Additionally UltiMaker Support tickets have nothing to do with the UltiMaker Community they are not the same.
  19. Guide here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/article/1667337567852
  20. There is information about this on the UltiMaker Knowledge Base https://support.ultimaker.com/s/article/1667417418575 Full guide here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/article/1667337940843
  21. @Tony_J you replied to a thread that has been inactive for 9 years.. this advice is very out dated.
  22. UltiMaker -ONLY- releases on github and only here: https://github.com/Ultimaker/Cura/releases Any other download source for UltiMaker Cura including flatpak and any other package manager that might have UltiMaker Cura listed is considered unofficial releases and not maintained by UltiMaker. If there is issues with releases of these types you will need to contact whoever is publishing the releases.
  23. that cross lines on the model is not correct.. it looks like you turned it into a support modifier object... check your modifier settings on the left side.
  24. Cura 3.6.. is almost 6yrs old.... its very outdated..
