  1. UltiMaker Cura has "Extra Fast" intent profiles the help with this some. But its not advised to try pushing more beyond that.. the profiles are already pushing the limits of the thermal capacity in the print core.
  2. I recommend reaching out to UltiMaker Support directly. UltiMaker does not offer direct support via the community Contact UltiMaker Support Here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/contactsupport
  3. You will want to contact UltiMaker Support. UltiMaker does not provide direct support via the community, I was just offering a tip. Contact here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/contactsupport
  4. Not sure? might be related to being beta release? (bug?)
  5. If no code is generated, this is a network related issue. The following article outlines network requirements here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/article/1667337958118
  6. Sorry to hear you are having issues. It sounds like a flow sensor cable is loose or unplugged. These would be the plugs going to the feeders on the back of the machine.
  7. These articles should point to some of the information your looking for https://support.ultimaker.com/s/article/1667410778209 https://support.ultimaker.com/s/article/1667337917781
  8. UltiMaker has a guide for printing with CPE here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/article/1667337602543
  9. What your describing sounds like network security restrictions. If you are using Digital Factory see the following article. here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/article/1667337958118 *Note - All noted requirements on the article are required to ensure no issues. If you still have issues I recommend reaching out to UltiMaker support with your machine's log files guide here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/article/1667337561393 contact support here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/contactsupport UltiMaker does not offer direct support via the community.
  10. Feature requests best to be shared on the UltiMaker Cura github. here: https://github.com/Ultimaker/Cura/discussions The devs are not always on the community forum, so if you want to make sure its seen by the right people its best to share there.
  11. UltiMaker does not offer direct support via the community. I would recommend contacting UltiMaker support directly. here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/contactsupport With that said the following article should help troubleshoot your issue. here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/article/1667410781005 As you mentioned you replaced the fan, its possible this itself is your issue. The electronics in the print head are sensitive to electrical noise. This can be expressed by smashed cables in the print head, faulty/damaged or otherwise out of spec fans, etc. So you cant just replace the fan with a random fan from amazon for example. A sensor value of 223 is basically.. "off the chart" as a bad value, as max accepted is 8. Even your value of 10 points to considerable issues. Anything higher than an 8 points to electrical interference/noise - this is what the article helps you troubleshoot and identify.
  12. To use 3rd party materials on the Method XL is possible from my understanding. But it requires a LABS extruder to accomplish this if I recall. UltiMaker does not offer direct support via the community. I would recommend contacting UltiMaker Support directly for the most accurate response to this question. You can contact support here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/contactsupport
  13. When there is no pin code being shown. This means there is a network related issue. Please see the article I sent you, all requirements must be met.
  14. Gcode used on a ender3 should never be used on a S series - ever. Please slice your stl's with correct machine profile. For pin issues see this support article: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/article/1667337958118
  15. Also never consider releases of UltiMaker Cura found anywhere besides the UltiMaker Cura github as official. here: https://github.com/Ultimaker/Cura/releases UltiMaker does not release UltiMaker Cura to any other bundle/repo/package manager/etc. Releases found in these places are published by 3rd party not UltiMaker.
  16. That sounds like your spring or gears in the printhead have been worn out? Those are still available from UltiMaker via your local reseller. If I recall correctly the same ones are used in the S series as were in the UM3.
  17. The latest version of firmware for the UM3 was released October 2021 all that update did was update the secure cert verification for connecting to Digital Factory and had no impacts on hardware/drivers etc at all.. August 2021 had a firmware update for wifi related stuff. But before that one would have been... May 2019? that had any updates for wifi stuff. You must have been on a extremely old version of firmware if there was a update that impacted your wifi or there was already a issue from the start. You can find historic release notes for firmware here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/article/1667410775027 I would recommend reaching out to UltiMaker support to troubleshoot your issue. 18. Actually most of them worked for DJI
  19. It doesn't work because the code base to maintain it has not been updated in years. Changes in windows, linux and macos operating systems have happened and UltiMaker Cura was never updated to compensate for the changes.. Additionally 3rd party manufactures use dozens of different chipsets for communication with USB and UltiMaker Cura was never updated to interface with those. Lastly - UltiMaker has not made a new 3d printer with a USB client port on it since 2016.. and even back then UltiMaker realized its not a viable way of 3d printing and was already saying dont use it on their own printers. Because UltiMaker has not made a printer that used USB printing in so long they have not put any effort into updating USB support in UltiMaker Cura. Only other way updates for USB support would have been added is if the community contributed code updates for it.. which has not really happened either because everyone from the community that helps with the code, knows using USB to print is a horrible idea. So - Your chances of USB working or not is a flip of a coin.. and even if one printer works different one might not.. and even if it works on one computer it might not on a different computer.
  20. This article should help with about 90% of all active leveling issues - don't overlook the steps that sound unrelated, they are often the cause. https://support.ultimaker.com/s/article/1667410781005 If you still have issues after that you should contact UltiMaker Support for further help UltiMaker does not offer direct support via the community Contact support here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/contactsupport
  21. This is the Management Console on the printer's firmware not related to UltiMaker Cura at all. Moved thread to better section.
  22. UltiMaker only releases app image for Linux and -only- on github here: https://github.com/Ultimaker/Cura/releases If you got UltiMaker Cura -anywhere- else its not an official release of UltiMaker Cura so your issues with those are completely out of UltiMaker's control With that said I would recommend reporting this issue over on github so they are aware of the bug. The community is not the best place to report bugs if you want to make sure it gets seen by the Dev Team.
  23. Moved this topic to a better section.
  24. USB support in UltiMaker Cura is considered legacy. UltiMaker does not recommend using direct USB.
  25. Additional support for Method XL is coming in the coming updates of UltiMaker Cura. (More materials, more extruders, etc..) Your reseller should have provided this information to you - sounds like they did not? Can you please reach out to UltiMaker directly about this? Here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/contactsupport
