Ist zwar jetzt nicht ganz genau eine Antwort auf Deine Frage, aber vielleicht hilft's trotzdem:
Ich habe Colorfabb nach der Lebensmittelsicherheit von _XT, einem PET-ähnlichen Stoff gefragt. Die Antwort war, dass das Material an sich problemlos sei und es in einem All-Metall-Hotend auch bleibe. Bei Hotends, die PEEK oder PTFE beinhalten sei diese Unbedenklichkeit also nicht mehr gewährleistet.
Daraus würde ich jetzt schliessen, dass gedruckte Teile nicht unbedingt als Spielsachen für Kleinkinder geeignet sind. Das heisst aber nicht, dass gegossene Spielsachen immer besser sind in dieser Hinsicht. Gerade das, was aus China kommt (und das ist heutzutage ja nicht gerade wenig), bleibt immer mal wieder bei einer Kontrolle hängen.
Und dann gibt's natürlich noch das Thema, dass an einem gedruckten Teil eher mal etwas wegbrechen kann (Verschluckungsgefahr) als an einem gegossenen Teil.
