Alternatively; enable the ooze shield and print more models at the same time. The ooze shield will give it something to wipe the nozzle on and printing more models at once will allow for more time for the layers to cool.
Do you happen to have a firewall or a virus scanner running? They might block cura from accessing the file. Alternatively, you could also try to run Cura with admin rights.
If you don't provide a value for the setting, the default_value will be used. As long as you don't want to change that, you also don't need to provide a different value for it.
Could everyone please report any / all issues on github (https://github.com/Ultimaker/Cura/issues)? When doing so, please fill in the entire issue template and provide logs
