I disagree. He is not an expert and frankly does not know the boundaries of the machine. If I were new and were told to do a cold-pull, I would have struggled like him when trying to yank out the filament. He already stated that he was afraid to break the printer. The firmware did behave in an unexpected way and that can't be the user's fault either. Since the UM3 targets professional users, there is no excuse for shortcomings in the setup experience of the printer. Any of use would have handled it way better, but that's because we have lots of experience with these printers. New users do not have that and frankly if I were a pro user and had so much trouble with one machine, I wouldn't have bothered with it again :/ The only thing one can blame him for is that he didn't ask for support earlier. The situation has improved greatly since then. The firmware is stable and much clearer than before. But still - if you loose one customer like this, I doubt they'll reconsider.

Die .gcode Datei wird lokal gecached - du kannst Cura beenden. Allerdings weiss ich nicht wie es sich verhält wenn die Netzwerkverbindung unterbrochen wird. Am besten mit einem kleinen Objekt testen.

Hi, Teste mal die Glasplatte ob diese auch gerade ist. Einfach auf einer flachen Arbeitsfläche aufstellen und in allen vier Ecken drücken um zu sehen ob sie kippelt. Falls das "active leveling" aktiviert ist, dann deaktiviere es und führe das bed leveling erneut durch. Achte dabei dass sich keine Filamentreste an der Düse befinden.

Hi, habe davon noch nicht gehört. Hier ist aber noch eine Idee: Versuche von Cura aus zu drucken um auszuschließen das System des Druckers an sich keine Probleme hat. Wenn du weiter nach dem Problem mit dem USB Stick debuggen willst - dann aktiviere den Developer modus am Drucker und nutze die Funktion "dump logs to usb" (oder so ähnlich). Dann könntest du in den Logs sehen ob es Fehlermeldungen auf dem Drucker selbst gibt.

Hi, PVA ist leider etwas speziell. Luftfeuchtigkeit ist ein Problem - daher könnte es schon daran liegen. Verwunderlich ist aber dass der erste Teil des Druckes gut ging. Wenn du die Möglichkeit hast die Luftfeuchtigkeit zu messen, dann wäre das hilfreich.

Das klingt tatsächlich sehr merkwürdig. Ich hätte auch auf den Temperautrsensor getippt (Kabelbruch oder Stecker nicht am Board). Ich würde dir auch raten dich direkt an deinem Händler zu wenden. Er wird den Rest mit Ultimaker abwickeln.

Die Glasplatte kannst du leicht testen indem du sieh herausnimmst und dann auf einer flachen Arbeitsfläche auflegst und versuchst an allen 4 Ecken zu drücken. Wenn sie stark kippelt, dann ist sie leider krumm und sollte ersetzt werden.

Dann hast du die Druckplatte entweder falsch justiert oder die Glasplatte ist krumm. Probiere es beim justieren wenn es heisst mit einem Blatt Papier zwischen Nozzle und Glasplatte zu fahren - nicht das Papier auf die Glasplatte aufzulegen und dann mit dem Finger hin und her zu bewegen da du dann gleichzeitig die Platte nach unten drücken würdest. Am besten nur an einer Ecke das Papier halten und hin und her bewegen. Achte auch darauf dass sich an der Spitze der Nozzle keine Filamentrückstände sich befinden wenn du justierst.

Ich habe leider keine Erfahrungen mit GreenTEC. Die Einstellung am Drucker mit den sog. Filemantprofilen überschreibt meines Wissens die Einstellungen die du in Cura vorgenommen hast (Temperatur). Es gibt eine einfache Möglichkeit wie du die beste Drucktemperatur bestimmen kannst. Zunächst solltest du aber die Nozzle frei kriegen. Befolge dazu diese Anleitung: https://ultimaker.com/en/resources/19510-how-to-apply-atomic-method Dann kannst du in Cura 2.6.x ein sog. post processing script anwenden welcher alle x Layer die Temperatur ändert. So kannst du später sehen im welchen Bereich die Qualität oder Festigkeit am besten ist. Ein Zylinder eignet sich gut als Testobjekt. Wähle im Cura-Menü folgendes aus: Dort kannst du dann das "tweak at z" Plugin mehrfach anwenden.

It depends how you want to go about the feeder motor at the back. Leave only one there or add another one on the right side? If you use only one then I would create two different machines in Cura 2.x and use either when you want to print with different filament diameters.
