Da ich das gestern hatte - schau dir den Feeder hinten an um zu sehen ob der Stepper nicht durchrutscht/durchdreht. Mann kann es von aussen nicht so gut sehen, daher öffne mal den Feeder und schaue ob das kleine Ritzel welches am Stepper dran ist nicht verrutscht ist. Wenn das der Fall ist, würde das große Ritzel durchdrehen und somit nicht genug Material befördern. Ansonsten kann es immer eine verstopfte Düse sein oder ein verschlissener Teflon Coupler.

Alright, here is my entry. "Free Wheeler". Kinda like an ancient bike laying flat on the side. The small wheel has a pin which is used to keep the wheel pinned down to the paper. The Big wheel has a pencil at the center. With the two grips, one holds the contraption and draws wobbly circles.

Ich habe bei meinem UM2+ mit viel Aufwand die Gleitlager getauscht gegen teuere von Misumi und merke gar keinen Unterschied...

Hi, I remember this is due to a problem with removable disks in Windows. Cura 2.7 which has been released today should fix this issue.

Ja das ist möglich. Wenn es zwei unterschiedliche Modelle sind, dann kannst du in Cura mit den "per object settings" den Support zuweisen. Wenn es nur ein Modell ist wobei einige Bereiche keinen Support haben sollen, dann wird es aufwändiger aber es ist auch möglich. Für den einfachen Fall, schau dir die "per object settings" an.

Sofern deine Objekte es zulassen, könntest du zwei gleichzeitig drucken. Dadurch verlängert sich die "layer time" so dass genug Zeit zum abkühlen bleibt.

Direkt am Drucker geht das nicht aber du kannst Material Profile in Cura verwalten und diese für die jeweiligen Modelle auswählen. Griffin ist richtig.

Der Ultimaker ist offen und so kannst du eine neue Materialart auswählen. Wenn der NFC Tag nicht erkannt wird, kommt eine Auswahl an Standardmaterialien. Solltest du ein sehr abgefahrenes Material verwenden, dann solltest du eines der Standardmaterialien auswählen welches dem am nächsten kommt. Beim slicen kannst du dann die Mterialeigenschaften in Cura anpassen.

Hi, Zeigt das Display etwas an? hast du probiert das Netzteil abzustecken, eine Weile zu warten und dann es erneut zu probieren? Wenn das auch nicht helfen sollte, dann vermute ich dass es beim Update ein Fehler vorlag und somit das System in einen undefinierbaren Zustand geblieben ist. Oder es ist zeitgleich zu einem Hardwaredefekt gekommen. So oder so, solltest du dich an deinem Händler wenden.

Hi, die Farbe der Sliderblocks ist nun geändert worden da es Probleme mit der Zusammensetzung des weissen Plastiks gab. Warum die Spulenhalterung jetzt weiss ist, das weiss ich auch nicht... Den Farbunterschied beim Druckkopf habe ich auch - ich denke das ist ein ähnlicher Grund wie bei den Sliderblocks. So weit ich weiss, lässt sich die Firmwaresprache nicht umstellen. Falls das jetzt hinzugefügt wurde, würde ich es im "Welcome Setup" erwarten.

Here is another idea. Please test if the glass plate is completely flat. Take it out, put it on a flat surface and push down on all four corners to see if it wobbles.

I think the idea with the freezer is to have the part minimally shrink and thus break the bond with the glass plate. Too bad it doesn't work with the adhesion sheet. I think the hint from Neo was to add few drops of water on the outer perimeter of your print - right where the edge of the model comes into contact with the adhesion sheet. The plan is to make use of the capillary action (when water tries to fill every little space between the sheet and the model) and break the adhesion.

I don't know about the adhesion sheets but when I can't get prints off the bed, I let the glass plate cool in the freezer for half an hour and then the prints come off. Might work with the adhesion sheets too.

I guess that's because the distance from the ball bearing to the knurled wheel is too big for the thinner filament. However I tested it with my UM2+ once and it worked fine. You could increase the feeder pressure with the lever on the side.

Hi, not sure about the other issues, but I can comment on some. The popcorn noise of the print bed when it moves is caused by the big linear bearings. They have tiny metal balls which move along predefined paths inside the bearing. Sometimes they move faster while the bed slides down and they bump into other balls. It is nothing to worry about. I have these sounds too and at first I thought some plastic wrapping got caught in the z-screw The printcore hitting the fan is a rather serious issue. Could you post a picture of if?

Looks like the printer is not saving that info. Could you try two things? 1. Disable automatic leveling and see if the message disappears. 2. Enable developer mode, ssh into your printer and check the free disk space.

Glad to hear the firmware has improved. Does the printer now detect when filament has run out and allow you to add new filament and continue printing with the hot-end returning to its last position? No there is no end-of-filament detector.
