  1. MTG sorry no one answered (it happens) I would personally check the fans for voltage the fact the model fans are wired in series will make the difference.

Yes I am aware they are wired in series originally I said parallel my mistake? Working on presumption yellow is pos,, Ordering the connectors today I suppose the connectors don’t have to be exact. 8. Ultiiarjan Thanks for the reply I managed to get the cable header on very snug fit all six pins connected.. Just being over cautious
  9. Hi I have begun wiring the Mark 2, Mod using Syntax Terrors Extension Kit there is a 6 way ribbon connector that meets a six pin header, it is extremely tight fit and I wondered does only three of these pins marry up with the Locking Ribbon Cable Header, to get all 6 marry up is very tight and it looks like the pin spacing is larger on the header... hence I thought I would ask before I screw it up.. Thanks in advance
  10. I Like that, Yeah I had a few issues printing the head, and I was fighting with another printer, so didn't want to have 2 on the go, I ripped the bed off the UM2 so I have no choice now but to do the Wring (this weekend if all goes to plan) if not next week,, LOL but thanks for Asking
  11. I looked at the Rais and for the bed levelling I would not go there,, I like the look of the UM3 but if you have a pruisa what about LULZbot Taz 6 https://www.lulzbot.com/
  12. as this person want's a point and click solution to 3d printing (which I think is unrealistic) I think it is a real mistake to mix Gcode flavours, that's just increasing the pain.
  13. jpyt - glad I made sense, the mark 2 is the second head Mod for the UM2 I don't know whether the 2+ is also an intended machine to retro fit to. the link https://magnetic-tool-changer.com/#top the air duct is some thing I came up with, for the second head which I have started to install, on going project it will probably be installed by Christmas and then probably sell the machine. Glad you like it.
  14. on the UM2 the spring was done away with and used a spacer< by in screwing the stainless steel part you put pressure on the i2K I use 3d Solex Parts All the Time hope this helps.....
