  1. Could you share your settings and more info about printer and filament etc.. First thoughts are that your support distance setting is too low and your temp is too high.
  2. Hi Alokpant, The Ultimaker is made for 2.85. it is possible to print with 1,75, but this will never be reliable unless you modify your printer itself. Make sure you use 2,85 filament. Hope this helps.
  3. Hi Dhall, Could you share some pictures of the correct and failed model?
  4. I think this is something that should be done by the manufacturer of the printer, however i am not sure.
  5. Most of the time you can find these parts at your reseller. Have you tried contacting them?
  6. Hi Sander, We would really like to help. For some reason however we are not yet on the map (would expect that as value added reseller), but anyway could you put us on? Love to help.
  7. That is what i got as well, but i kinda want to know why. Is it a setting (safety perhaps) or are they just kinda generous with rounding up the size of the buildplate.
  8. Yeah you are right, my frazing is not great. We are looking for the same functionality, but than created in our unique 3d printed way.
  9. Would be great if we could do something. We are trying to print medical equipment that cannot be supplied, but the large companies are trying to block it big time.
  10. Hi Guys, I have been working with Ultimakers for almost 4 years now, but this is the first time I really run into this problem and i was wondering if anyone can help me. I want to print something on the Ultimaker S5 of 330x150x11. The Ultimaker S5 states that it has a build volume of 330 x 240 x 300 mm however it does not fit (the grey area overlaps it). Is there some setting I can enable to use the max buildvolume or is this one of those marketing things were the ultimakers max build volume is really 320x230x290mm, cause that would be rather dissapointing. Looking forward to hearing from you. Kind regards, Job
  11. We sell them in our store. We are a value added ultimaker reseller. I will not drop our site here because I dont want to advertise, but i will send you a message.
  12. Heeft u al geprobeerd om Cura connect een keer te resetten?
  13. I do not see anything weird in the gcode either. I would double check if you have the right machine selected in cura (maybe reinstal it even) did you use your own profile or the basic cura profile? do you have the newest firmware. Those are the only other things i can think of.
  14. Hi Russo, You should be able to go up to 280 degrees right? next to that i have really good experiences with Magigoo, however I do not know if they have a specific material for PE yet.
  15. Heeft u al een keer geprobeerd om de printer een keer uit en aan te zetten? Staat de printer tevens op het standaard hoofdmenu wanneer u deze opstart.
  16. Hi sprt8400, Have you selected the prusa as a machine in Cura? Kind regards, Job van Gennip
  17. What exactly do you mean with ALternate extra wall? What is weird to me is that I cannot really see a second line in these walls. It looks like it is done in one passing. Could you share your model and cura profile?
  18. It almost looks like you are using an 0,8 nozzle. Could you confirm this?
  19. If you set it to not in skin it will make sure it does not go through your object. You can also check this by looking at the preview and the travel options.
  20. I indeed meant those settings, you can for example try to decrease the minimum distance or you could try to enable extra settings and play around with that. Have you tried the combing mode?
  21. I mean to change the settings connected to the retraction. you can increase the retraction distance for example.
  23. Hi Ambear, Do you have a picture of the wires on your print core. I think you are short circuiting it or perhaps the printboard of the printcore is damaged.
  24. You can do two things. First you could try to tweak your retraction and z-hop settings, this will eliminate the excess material. Another thing you could do is under travel change the combing mode. This will change the way in which the nozzle travels.
