    First i tried withouth extracting, then i tried with extracted files. My usb stich is used to print all my Gcode files. I tried with all situations, formated disk, only the 2 files on it, booting with and withouth usb stick. ... Fw version i will look into tomorrow (i thought something like 3.6....)

    Strange, doesn't work, the 2 files copied on the root of my USB stick, are not found bij the printer. Not in stable or testing version. Also tried to unzip them, but same problem. ??

    Same over here, Fusion 360 user, when i use the normal xyz planes in Fusion, the 3d generated files are always 90% rotated.

    Hello, What is the procedure to upgrade the FW on my UM3? I don't use wireless, so it must be done with USB. Can't find the solution. Many thanks, Rudy

    I also had this issue again some weeks ago, after it was gone for a couple of months. I analysed my G-code, everything was perfectly straight! Did the print several times, slanted! Next time i encounter this, i think i will try to calibrate the offset thrue the slices settings.

    Strange, i use a old (ancient mid 2012) macbook air, I5 1.8Ghz with 4Gb ram, and the speed is acceptable. Can we do some kind of benchmark? Slicing same object with same settings and time this?

    On my UM3 and UM2+ mk2 dual extrusion, i print at 220 degrees, my support material is polysupport, at 230 degrees.

    Wonderfull Just tested it, it works!!! 3.2 beta with mk2, now i can choose profiles and materials. This gives so much more "ease of work" Many thanks, and hope support will continue as the next Cura versions are on the way ;-)

    Try changing X and Y start at 40,40, helped in my case (um2 mk2)

    Sorry, i was't clear! It is the combination of the MK2 with Cura wich does not work with profiles. With my UM2 and UM3 no problems.

    Just changed to beta 3.2. Will test this. But to be honest, the mark2 hardware upgrade is wonderfull!! Works like a charm! But on the (cura) software side, it just sucks in my opinion. The fact that you can't use profiles in Cura, like with my UM2, and UM3, just makes it so difficult to change something (and remember all these settings) Isn't it possible to use the um3 profile so we can keep all the advantages of the Cura software? The only diffence i see between the mk2 and the 3 is the way it changes heads / nozzles?

    Guys, i swiped my complete harddrive, every ultimaker or cura related thing, hidden or not hidden, was deleted. (the first crashing version of cura 3.1 never even made it to my computer) Really sad, as Cura is the easy way to use an ultimaker (my UM3 at my office is 100% supported by Cura, wonderfull), but with my UM2+ MK2 i am really struggling.

    I use the 0.8 pla laft + 0.4 polysupport right, works fine, just remember that layer height range is limited.

    I am still struggling with Cura 3.1, crashes all the time when loading someting, so went back to 3.04. But there is still the problem with the quality definitions / can not save one, or load one. I know there is the solution in saving the project, but i have a feeling the 3.1 problem is related. Does anyone has a solution? is it possible to get an updated "cura resourses" on Github? Many thanks!

    Hey, For printing i use .15mm, 3 shells, 225 degrees. Prints superb. For Polyshing, i used several timings, between 10 minutes and 30 minutes. Tried to polish in 1 or 2 passes, in several positions. What kind of isopropanol do you use?

    Anyone using one of these? I bought one, but until now the results are not what i expected. Printing with the polysmooth is easy, but once polyshed, the results are not so good. My parts are either not polyshed enough, or stay tacky even after several days. bottom of the polished part are also to "wet" I tried several settings, but until now nothing satisfying. My isopropanol is 99% Any tips?

    Hello Marco, I have the UM2+ dual head (magnetic toolchanger) A lot of problems with Cura (which seems to be the thing to use with my UM3, but the support for a custom machine is problematic) I see these FFF files. This is the way to go now with S3D? Many thanks, Rudy

    Beside the problem with the power supply, i encountered 2 other issues that caused crashes. 1: when using the old printhead from the um2 (not+), the gap between the 2 nozzles is to big (Z offset), and you have to print a spacer. 2: put some x and y start figures (mine are at 40), to avoid unwanted head moves, outside the printarea, with fysical crashes as result.

    I have problems with cura 3.1, several settings are hidden, like travel > x start layer and y start layer, someone noticed this? ( the are hidden by the current machine??) I always set them to 40,40 the avoid the unwanted moves and crashes from the heads.
