Hmm, schwer zu sagen, ich würde da jetzt eher auf das Modell selbst tippen. Ist das ein Modell welches du schon erfolgreich mit einer anderen Version gedruckt hast? Ich hatte einmal so ein Modell wo ein Schriftzug innen drinnen eingebettet war. Von aussen nicht zu sehen und das hat beim drucken ähnliche Probleme gemacht.

Der S-Druckkopf hat geringfügig andere Abmessungen und ist ein Stück größer. Aber ich rate von solchen Dingen ab, bei dir mag es vielleicht Sinn machen wegen der Solex Cores, aber im Normalfall ist das Öffnen der Klappe bei so einem Unfall die Rettung, sonst wird es noch schlimmer. Meistens geht nicht die Klappe zuerst auf und ist die Ursache für das Dilemma, sonder es löst sich das Bauteil von der Platte und fährt dann spazieren. Falls eine Klappe einmal etwas zu leicht aufgeht, lässt sie sich vorsichtig wieder zurechtbiegen, dann passt sie besser. Ich würde da nicht mehr lange herumbasteln, wenn ein anderer Core funktioniert. Wegschmeißen und einen neuen oder anderen verwenden und gut ist es wieder.

Damit kann er schon umgehen, da brauchst du dir keine Gedanken machen.

Hi Oleg no worries, it is really easy, you just have downloaded the wrong package, you downloaded the source code which will not run at all. Download this package https://github.com/SmithyAT/UltiTuner/releases/download/v0.8.0/ultituner-0.8.0-win-amd64.zip Extract the ZIP and there is an EXE file and when you start it without any parameter, you get some help text. To turn off active leveling you just need to type: (replace 1.2.3.4 with the IP address of you printer) Check the state of leveling: ultituner.exe leveling -p 1.2.3.4 Turn it off: ultituner.exe leveling off -p 1.2.3.4 Try it out, I am here to help if you have any further questions.

And have you set the Z-Seam to a fixed position? The Arachne was the beta version of Cura 5, so could be that when there was a bug that it is fixed in Cura 5. But not sure if this is a bug or not.

Gerne! Man darf auch nicht vergessen, dass nicht jedes Modell auf Thingiverse gut funktioniert. Oft werden die Teile für den eigenen Drucker designed und haben die passenden Toleranzen. Druckt man die nun auf einem anderen Drucker dann gibt es oft Probleme.

Do you use the latest Cura 5 or still the Arachne Beta?

As already answered in your German posting, try to use the Engineering profile, I get mostly good results with it.

Das Problem mit solchen Modellen habe ich selbst auch immer wieder. Das s.g. Engineering Profil in Cura hat aber mittlerweile alle wichtigen Settings drinnen und mit diesem Profil erreicht man gute Ergebnisse. Falls es damit immer noch nicht klappt dann mit der Horizontal Expansion spielen, das ist -0,05 meist zu wenig.

As far as I know, the power switch also just cuts the power, there is no power down procedure or such things. Just be careful that you give the printer some time after the print has finished, that the hot end can cool down properly.

Es kommt stark darauf an welches Filament du benutzt. Und man sollte eigentlich immer zusätzlich auf das Glas noch etwas auftragen. Für PLA etc. eignet sich hervorragend der UHU Stick der dabei ist. Einfach ein paar Streifen damit aufs Glas und dann mit einem feuchten Tuch den verwischen. Für andere Materialien wie ABS etc. brauchst du dann schon andere Mitteln, da geht der UHU Stick weniger gut. Rein auf blankes Glas drucken kann mit PLA gut gehen, aber ich empfehle es nicht, da es ein Glücksspiel ist ob es hält oder nicht.

Eine UFP Datei ist nichts anderes als ein ZIP Archiv und wurde mit dem S5 eingeführt. In diesem Archiv ist die gcode Datei und ein Vorschaubild welches dann am Printer Display gezeigt wird. Du solltest also auch eine Cura UFP Datei in .zip umbenennen können und dann mit einem beliebigen Entpacker öffnen. Siehe auch hier :

I highly recommend to use Octoprint to send print jobs from Cura to your printer. The built in USB functionality is old and not supported anymore, so don't expect any bugfixes.

Hast du eine aktuelle Cura Version? Es gab mal einen Bug, wo Cura beim Duplizieren abgestürzt ist, da war es allerdings egal ob 1 Duplikat oder viele.

I think you missed the last part: So the indication is there, but could be very small, so you have to zoom in and search for the red area.

Thanks for the idea, but I think I can only implement it if someone could tell me which file needs to be modified. I have no material station, so I cannot find it out myself.

It's a question of the tone of voice when someone comes here and complains about issues. I think everyone is happy to get helpful bug reports, so I fully agree with your statement, but not at any price.

Sie wären sicher in der Lage, allerdings ist das USB Plugin schon seit Jahren nicht mehr upgedated worden, da es die Ultimaker Drucker nicht brauchen und es generell keine gute Idee ist, über USB zu drucken. Ich würde also nicht darauf hoffen oder warten, dass dieser Bug gelöst wird, falls es einer ist. Nimm Octoprint, das ist eine sichere, bequeme und erprobte Methode die von den meisten genutzt wird.

Sorry, but I don't use Blender or Mesh Mixer, so I have no idea. Maybe there is something else which could do that. Or someone else has experiences it. I think with Blender you can do a lot of cool things, but it has a very steep learning curve.

I have no idea, but have you tried to print just with Print Core 2 ? Maybe @gr5 has some more ideas....

For 3D printing you need a watertight model and I am sure your STL is not watertight. Therefore the left part is hollow and not solid. For the shell on the right side you need a wall thickness which your printer is able to print, so usually 0.4mm. If you just have a "line" there, it will not work.

I haven't any experience with it, but I don't think it will work. The tree supports which are generated are not part of your STL, so I guess an export of your STL will not include these supports. When you design your own model you could include the supports in CAD directly. Or if you just have a downloaded STL, I am sure there is a software which could generate custom supports to an existing STL. (Mesh Mixer, Blender, ...)
