  1. Ich habe so mal einen gedruckten Telefonhalter im Auto verloren... seit der aus Copolyester ist, gibt's keine Probleme mehr. Mit Schwarz hattest Du natürlich auch noch gleich die Maximierung der Absorption...
  2. Maybe they should have selected 'abort' during print and not 'Brexit' ?
  3. If you don't have many retractions the Robert-feeder may be ok. Otherwise use a feeder design with an MK7 or MK8 feeder wheel. 3dSolex will soon offer a Bowden tube for 1.75mm.
  4. As you are talking about ABS-acetone slurry, I assume you print foremost ABS. Closing the walls is a must for ABS, otherwise warping will kill almost any print. Also copolyester - an alternative to ABS you should really consider due to being less hazardous - will profit from a closed chamber. It's up to you to close the top of a printer. All this can and has been done with an Ultimaker 2+. You may find quite some examples here on this forum. Usually people overestimate the amount of prints larger than the UM2+ build volume. You may check how many of the prints you made within a year or so were actually outside this volume.
  5. There seem indeed to be major differences between some countries.
  7. Most probably not. But I can put it on Youmagine. Please remind me if I don't do it within one week.
  8. Cura does support 3mf in version 2.1.2. Just open it.
  9. Nobody would have thought this could happen in the homeland of Ultimaker
  10. Depends if you want to exchange nozzles. If you do, then screwing the nozzle the whole way in is maybe not a very good idea...
  11. As the guys selling this kit are official Ultimaker resellers as well, I'm pretty sure Ultimaker has an eye on that kit. However, rating a third party product can be a tricky thing for a manufacturer.
  12. Would be interesting to know what it is worth from an independent source; maybe someone has it tested? Reason for the non-existence of the UM2 dual extrusion: Ultimaker tried and failed to make a system with which an UM2 could be easily upgraded to a dual extrusion machine (simplicity as with the UM2+ upgrade kit). And their tests did not show the results they wanted: oozing and hitting the print with the unused nozzle were the problems. Short enough?
  13. Not yet but mine also started to make a knarling noise recently...
  14. You can get the Ultimaker 2+ upgrade kit from an official reseller if you also want to upgrade e.g. the feeder. Otherwise you can get the Olsson block kit from a 3dSolex reseller (smaller investment). Both can be recommended without restrictions. So far, no (third party) dual extrusion kit has been reported to work smoothly from a independent source here on the forum (if I'm wrong, please correct me with a link).
  15. @small: I assume you checked it's actually the motor and not the stepper driver?
  16. @thevoltmaster: I assume you replaced the mainboard and actually made an UMO+ out of your UMO?
  17. Mach ein Schwarzweiss-jpg und lade es mit Cura 15.04.x. Dann solltest Du eigentlich das gewünschte bekommen.
  18. Ultimaker does still sell PLA filament (through their distributors and resellers). Try printing a bit cooler and if you get underextrusion also a bit more slowly. You may also increase travel speed to 250mm/s in order to reduce oozing.
  19. Try activating combing, setting travel speed to 250mm/s and retract speed to 45 mm/s. The latter is set on the machine unless you changed the gcode flavor in legacy Cura to RepRap.
  20. You should get in contact with fbrc8 the US assembler but most probably you already did... ;-) At least that's what @illuminarti just told me... :-) If you are close to Boston, you could also contact @gr5 for help...
